How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
Open My numbers, press Add a number and scan the QR code from WhatsApp on your phone (Linked devices). The number shows as connected in a few seconds.
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. WATick WhatsApp Api links your own WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number the same way WhatsApp Web does. It is not the Meta Cloud API, so there are no per-conversation Meta fees and no template approval, but the usual WhatsApp rules apply to your number.
Can my number get blocked?
WhatsApp can restrict numbers that send unwanted messages. Message people who expect to hear from you, keep the delay between messages, use the daily limit, and respect opt-outs. WATick WhatsApp Api gives you those controls but cannot guarantee how WhatsApp treats a number.
How many numbers can I connect?
It depends on your plan. Each plan shows how many numbers, messages a month and API requests a minute it includes.
Can I send images, videos, documents and buttons?
Yes. Every message type works in single send, broadcasts, templates, chatbots and the API. Button messages can carry an image, video or PDF on top.
Does it have an API?
Yes. A simple REST API with a key you create in the panel, webhooks for incoming messages and a ready-made Postman collection.
Can I send to many people at once?
Yes, with broadcasts. Choose contacts, a tag, a group, a CSV or pasted numbers. You set the delay, a daily limit and a start time, and you can spread a campaign over several numbers.
Can I build a chatbot without code?
Yes. The flow builder works with boxes and lines. A bot can show menus, ask questions, save the answers, call an AI provider and hand the chat to a person.
How do I pay?
Pay for a plan from the billing page with the methods you see at checkout. You get an invoice for every payment.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your data stays. Sending stops until you renew, and you can renew from the billing page at any time.
