Using the service
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must give correct information, keep your password safe and are responsible for everything done through your account and API keys.
WhatsApp and acceptable use
- WATick WhatsApp Api connects your own WhatsApp number to a panel and an API. It is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
- You must follow WhatsApp's terms and policies and the laws that apply to you.
- Send messages only to people who expect them. Do not send spam, scams, illegal or abusive content, and honour requests to stop.
- WhatsApp may limit or block a number at its own discretion. We cannot guarantee how WhatsApp treats your number and we are not responsible for such action.
Plans and payment
Paid plans run for the period shown at purchase and include the limits shown on the plan. Payments are due in advance. Unless the law says otherwise or we agree in writing, payments are not refundable once a plan has started.
Your content
You own the messages, files and contacts you add. You allow us to store and process them to run the service, and you promise you have the right to use them.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or has unpaid dues.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last three months, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change we will tell you through the service or by email.
