Add your domain
Enter a name like panel.yourbrand.com on your Branding page.
Add one DNS record
Create the TXT record shown there, or point the domain to us with a CNAME.
Verify
Press Verify. Once it passes, your customers see your website on that address.
Questions about white-label
Will my customers see the platform name anywhere?
No. The panel, sign-in page, invoices and your website all show your brand name, logo, colour and contact details.
Do I need a domain?
It is optional but recommended. Without one, your customers sign in on the platform address and still see your brand. With one, they use your own address.
How do I verify my domain?
Add the domain, then add the TXT record shown on your branding page (or point the domain to us with a CNAME). Press Verify. The platform admin can also confirm it for you.
Can I change my prices?
Yes. You set the selling price of every plan. Your website shows your prices, not ours.
Can I turn sign-ups on or off?
Yes. Open sign-ups so customers can register on your website, or keep them closed and add customers yourself.
